Why BringMeal?
BringMeal is accepting multiple orders from multiple restaurants in the same order. So, you can place orders from different restaurants within the same bill and get it delivered on one time.
How to place an order?
Open BringMeal app and enter your credentials. Select the location, date, session and select your menu from the restaurants. Place the order by using card, Apple pay, Android pay or by using wallets. Once your order is placed you can check the order status and live track the order.
Can I order from different restaurants at the same time?
Yes. You can order from multiple restaurants in a single order.
Is BringMeal available in my city?
We are currently operating in Illinois and San Diego. We will be expanding soon.
Why current session is not available?
Presently we are taking pre-orders. You can pre-order for the next available session or for any upcoming day.
What payment modes are accepted?
You can pay by Card, Apple pay, Android pay or by using wallets.
How do I check for the latest status of my order?
On the home page click on Tab to view current order-view details and track your order anytime. As soon as your order is on its way, the screen will also show you a map where you can track your order live.
What can I do if my order was cancelled after I paid?
Once you place the order using you credit card or mobile pays, your payment gets secured. In some rare cases, the restaurant may not be able to accept the order, they may cancel it. We will send a notification instantly that order was cancelled and paid amount gets credit to the wallet.
How to redeem the wallet?
You can redeem the wallet amount by placing an order.
How long does it take to refund the cancelled order?
It is normally done within the day or on rare occasion it might take two days for processing.
How can I report a missing or incorrect item from my order?
We strive to make your order and delivery experience perfect every time. If your order was delivered with a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting the issue by calling us or sendíng us an e-mail. We will look into the issue as soon as possible.
What can I do if my food was delivered late?
We know how important it is to deliver food on expected time. If there is delay you can call us or send us an e-mail. We will look into the issue as soon as possible.
